Two weeks ago we all celebrated the opening day for Spring Baseball! Will is on a new team this year, The Cubs (apparently they thought the Blue Jays "stacked" their team and made them all split up (RUDE!). Anyway, isn't he absolutely adorable in his spiffy new uniform?
And he made friends fast, as he usually does...this is his season bestie Braeden...and as usual, he's quite bigger than our little Will...
Johnny B was all for the fun and festivities (and LOOOOONG parade)...
Finally, it was game time...here is Will at his first at bat for the season!
Will played his usual - starting at 2nd base, then played some pitcher, and then catcher! I just about fell off the bleachers when I saw him walking out of the dugout in all this gear (which probably weighs more than him)...he looked so adorable!
And check out this picture...Will leading off on first with the most fabulous first base coach ever at his side :)
When it was all said and done, the Cubs WON!
