Once In A Blue Moon...

...we take family pictures.  

It has been a while...but a new baby kinda warrants it :)  

So here are a few we took a couple weeks ago...

Here we are...John is sleeping (of course) and Will has affixed his permanent "cheese" smile to his face.

This is probably my favorite one...I just love how serious John is...he's like, "whaa?  this is SOOO not something boys should be doing!"

(FYI - this picture made me want to chop all my hair off b/c I like how it looks short...but my hairdresser wouldn't cut more the four inches last weekend b/c she was afraid I would leave crying)

Pictures of the newbie...I went back and forth trying to figure out what prop to use for these pictures...Nowadays people are really really really getting creative.  I decided to go with something simple...First of all, I think Billy would kill me if I tried to put some cute little outfit on him or place him in a bucket or piece of pottery.  Secondly, he is a boy...so I'm not going to get too cutsie.  This is something he won't be TOO embarrassed about when I whip them out for his wedding reception slide show :)

I like this picture a lot...makes me think he's thinking something like "whoa, my chubby cheeks are so heavy I can hardly do this anymore!"

I also thought this was a cute idea...Will holding John's hand (not to mention the fabulous double chin that snuck into the frame!)  Is it just me or does Will's hand look ENORMOUS?

And lastly, my completely shameless copy off of Pinterest...I may have to take one like this every year to document the growth of my boys' foot sandwiches :)
