It's Party Time!!!

Today was Will's Birthday Party!
Theme: Superheroes
Location: Woodlands Children's Museum
Goal: Have as much fun as possible in two hours!

The morning went very smoothly, (patting myself on the back) due to my crazy micromanaging and planning...at this point I would like to give a huge thanks to Nana Julie, Nana Rosie and Billy for putting up with my craziness today!

Here is the Brown Super Family right before we headed out...
From left to right we have Bizarro Superman, Batman/Flash/Green Lantern/Superman (pick one!), The Flash and Wonder Woman!

When we got to the museum, we had 15 minutes to set up, which included fabulous Superhero door signs...

Here's our little birthday boy posing with the most awesome birthday cake EVER :)

We told Will he could have 4 layers (because he is 4 years old of course) and he chose the superheroes and villains....So, we have Superman, The Joker, Batman, Mr. Freeze and of course, topped with The Flash!

And here is a picture of the most adorable room setup ever for a little boy to have a party...

Here is The Flash with Wonder Woman (this is actually Will's "girlfriend" according to him....according to her, he is her "prince charming") :)

After some playing, it was cake time...

Of course Will's BF Dylan was right by his side through the whole party...

My Ann's were also in town from Austin (Littlest Ann will be 1 in July!)

And Kim and Kaden were there to celebrate too!

Of course I had to get a photo shoot of the four besties (and one girlfriend haha!) from Will's school ...

Once we got home it was time for gifts...and man did we get a ton!  I think we will have to rewrap some for Christmas!  Here's hoping John loves Dinosaurs and SuperFriends just like Will!

John was not too concerned about the presents, he was busy eating :)

We were very blessed to have such a good turn out for the party and get so many awesome gifts...(for example a dinosaur "operation" game where you dig up fossils from Dylan! :))
Here are two "must haves" I got our little monkey....Dino Flash Cards and...

A T-Rex anatomy books for paleontologists!

And what could be in here????  Billy's gift...Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker light sabers!  I think they weigh more than Will, but he is learning to swing them around pretty well!

Then we all had a (late) lunch, read some of our new books and headed for nap time....aren't our two super kids just adorable!?!?!

One of the books from Nana Rosie even came with 3-D glasses...awesome!

The party was so much fun...we can't wait until next year!

Because next year we will get to have two birthday parties!!!!!
:)

Looks like so much fun! Sad we missed out - he has one more gift waiting for him in CS!
