THREE WORDS that saved my day

Sometimes I wonder if waking up at 4 in the morning, now 5 days a week, to get to work early to allow me to get home early is worth all the trouble...well...it is....because I do it for Will...I do it so we can go to the park, library, swim lessons, or just to spend some extra time together at home in the afternoons.
Today was swim lesson day and when my alarm went off at 4am I rolled over thinking, "ugh, if I only had five more minutes"!  But then I realized there was a little boy down the hall, snoozing away, quite possibly dreaming about the swim lessons he would be going to 13 hours from then, depending on me to get going!
After my hour commute into the office and 10 1/2 hours at my desk, I departed for home with a pounding headache thinking "how much longer can I possibly do this?  I am going to go crazy!"
Well, to make a long story short (I know, too late!) we made it to swim lessons, stayed for thirty minutes (until Will was purple from head to toe) and as we departed the YMCA, I asked Will if he had fun.  Between bouts of shivering and chattering teeth, Will stated (drum roll please):
 "Mommy, you're AWESOME!"
(translation - yes!)
:sigh: See?  I KNEW it was worth it :) And all it took was 3 little words...
I love my little man!
