Will had his 3 year old check up this week...I have a few pictures I think represent his metrics pretty well - take a look!
Height: At 3'2"= 56th percentile, he's pretty long and lanky (still wears shorts that are size 18 months) and they are getting pretty short on him so we may need to have Nana Rosie take in the wastes on some 2Ts...yes 2Ts.
Weight: 27.8lbs = 10th percentile! (I weighed MORE than him when I was 3!) I PROMISE I feed him! Going out on a limb here, I know, but I think he might make a pretty good swimmer with a frame like that!
Head: 20 inches, we weren't given a percentile on this - but I estimate it to be perfect. Check out his noggin below! :). There sure is a lot going on in that head of his - just to name a few, he is a huge bookworm, is spelling words as big as "television", tracing his letters and of course is still obsessed with dinosaurs of all shapes and sizes - his dinosaur collection is getting out of control!
All those measurements and metrics aside though, in my opinion, if pediatricians knew anything, they would gauge a child's growth by the size of their smiles - and our kiddo sure has a big one!
