The Brown Bulletin: Members Only!

Tonight, at 7:30pm, Will and I had the pleasure of attending the grand opening of the Houston Museum of Natural Science's brand new Paleontology Hall...it was a members only exhibit sneak peek and we were in AWE of all the amazing fossils of not only dinosaurs, but also pterosaurs and prehistoric mammals on display! It was FANTASTIC!!!!! We also saw an amazing 3D Imax on Pterosaurs!

Will had such a good time...our ride home entailed conversations about trilobites and sloths and megalodons and dinosaurs and so much more....it was awesome seeing him so enthusiastic about all the things he was able to check out this evening...

There was so much to see and do, and I know I've provided way too many photographs but I know Nana Julie and Papa Dave are anxiously awaiting these....(I apologize in advance for my amateur photography skills with the dramatic lighting in the hall)

This was a super cool exhibit and I totally expect my parents to spend at least 1 hour in here in the fall...Jurassic time period petrified wood gallery...absolutely stunning stuff in here!
