Happy 2nd Birthday John!

Today we celebrated John's SECOND birthday!

I can't believe he is already TWO...seems like just yesterday he was a day old...

Or a year old...

And now our little Johnny Boomtastick is TWO!

 The morning started out with Will making John his very own birthday hat (seriously Will can be so sweet :) )...

 Then we were headed to dinner with the Browns...ALL I WANTED was a nice picture of the two boys together but if you haven't met John yet...you just don't understand that John only does things when he wants to, how he wants to, because he wants to...this is a classic "John is being contrary" moment...

 After some great TexMex we headed back to the house for a quick party...

 When John saw his cupcake and we started singing happy birthday he was thrilled - and sang along with us!

He blew out his candle like a champ (sidebar - this was Will's 2nd Bday candle :) )... 

 Then he MAY have tried to eat the candle...

 He decided the cupcake was tastier!

Here's to a fabulous year and looking forward to what the next one brings!
