While Will was having all that fun over Spring Break, what was Johnny Boomtastick up to?
The week prior to Spring Break he went to the doctor with a double ear infection...his second...in about a month.
By the start of Will's Spring Break he still wasn't 100%...you can see it in his eyes in this photo at the park :( The kid's face literally gets swollen. His sinuses back up into his EYES for Pete's Sakes!
He started feeling better over the weekend so we sent him back to school during Will's Spring Break, for several reasons...
1) His fever was gone
2) We pay almost a grand a month for daycare
3) We didn't want to overwhelm Nana Rosie with BOTH boys for a week!
By the start of the week he was feeling better, so we practiced Easter Egg hunting with some debris in the back yard...
Another day went by and he was feeling even better...here he is with Will, helping out while Will puts the finishing touches on his Dinosaur Easter Egg...
By the middle of the week, he was doing much better as he was back to his usual antics...ending up in weird places and then pretending like he has no idea how he got there...
And by Saturday he was A-OK...
We realized several things...
John loves chicken
John loves steak
And he officially has FOUR molars! YIKES! When did that happen???
Here's to a healthier Spring Break for Johnny B next year!
