So...at this point I think it is safe to say I am having MAJOR WILL WITHDRAWAL.
My belly and blood count are still a disaster, limiting my play time with him and by the end of last week I was getting a little tired of hearing Will say (when I ask to play with him) "No Mommy, you aren't healed yet...Daddy can come upstairs with me." Or, "No Mommy, you can't give me a bath because you can't bend over" and so on and so on and so on.
So, Saturday, Billy graciously offered to watch over the "food monster" (John is basically our household garbage disposal...he eats NON STOP and usually gorges down the maximum amount our pediatrician will allow at each feeding) allowing Will and I to have a Mommy & Big Brother's Day Out.
We were stoked!
It started like this...our "secret" trip to get Will a cupcake at Frost...
After picking up my little pick me up first of course :)
Then we were off to The Woodlands Children's Museum for a day of fun, experiments and adventure!
I'm thinking Mommy/Will time may become an every Saturday morning tradition!
