As I have said before, and will now say again, one of my favorite things about having a child is making personal keepsakes for the grandparents. My parents still have some things Emily and I made at home or at school (mostly Christmas decorations that we somehow didn't manage to destroy) and they still put them up year after year. These types of decorations add a personal touch to the holiday season unlike anything you can buy at Target.
So, for this year, I decided to make foot print ghosts (something I haven't done since Will was 7 months old). At 7 months, I went overboard and did the footprint on a piece of pottery. This year I went cheap! One bottle of white paint ($1.99), assorted bubble eyes ($.99) and a package of black cardstock ($2.99). But seriously...you can't put a price on these spooky feet...they are simply priceless!
