Little Boy - Big Dreams

My earliest memory of knowing what I wanted to be when I grew up was probably the day (circa elementary school) my mom and I went to the Miami County Library (Troy, Ohio) to look up the address for a certain government organization in Washington DC in some huge reference book...that's right, there was no internet back then haha!

My parents were always super supportive and believed we could become whatever we strived for - no matter how outlandish it seemed at the time.  So after we found it, I/we wrote a letter to them telling them I wanted to work for them some day and they actually responded with a few pamphlets and a letter.  (All of which I actually found a few years ago when helping my parents clean all my stuff/clutter out of their house.)

Well, today at Will's school, the teachers asked all the kiddos what they wanted to be when they grew up...and Will...our THREE year old...responded as seen below....

Paleontologist!  How great is he?  SIGH...Dr. William Brown, my little scientist!

My dreams have come true...I will do everything I can to make sure his do too!
