Two weeks ago Will's 1st Grade Class made a trip to a one room school house.
To attend, they were required to be in full role, to include dressing up, bringing a canned lunch, and enjoying games played by kiddos in the 1800s.
Will was very excited that morning!
They worked on the three Rs...
They worked on penmannship...
They played awesome games that you can't buy with an iTunes account...
And they ate their 1800s style lunch (well, maybe his friend didn't follow the rules LOL)...
It was an awesome experience shared with some of his closest friends.
Hopefully it gave him a tad bit of perspective on how fortunate we are today!
