Dewberry Farms

Sunday the Brown's and the Schindewolf's made the journey to Dewberry Farms for some fall festivities...we were there FOREVER and had tons of fun!

Don't let John's face fool you...he does this every time I ask for a smile...

I'm glad we got this photo of Will enjoying his trike ride...about 10 minutes later a slightly inebriated man...about 6 feet tall and 250 lbs literally ran Will over, knocked him off the bike, and landed on TOP of him...lucky for him I didn't see it happen...otherwise that would have been the end of our Dewberry Farms trip because this momma would have gotten kicked out.  Billy diffused the situation quickly ;)

Next we headed to the rope swings...which was tons of fun!

And here are the four boys...Cade is in front, followed by Will (they are in Kindergarten together and are quite the besties), Billy and Johnny B are in third, and Michael and Easton are in the rear.  Easton and John are the same age too...so we are predicting another pair of besties :)

After the tractor pull we headed to the corn maze...where we really (no, really) got lost...

After all that nonsense it was time for some lemonade (seriously - maybe it is time for a haircut?)
Check out the cheeks on this guy :)

 And those lashes...

John then headed over to the train playscape where he refused to leave for the next 30 minutes...

And Will practiced roping cattle - ride em cowboy!

And actually hit this so hard (or in the right place haha!) to hit the bell while Cade and Courtney watched in amazement.  I'm pretty sure the sledgehammer weighed more than him!

We saved the most fun activity for last...Slide Mountain!
Not sure if you can get ANY MORE redneck than sliding your kids down giant plastic tubes on door mats...yes...door mats...

To add to the excitement - Cade and Will decided to race...right out of the gate, Cade flew off his door mat so proceeded to run the rest of the way down buahaha!

Overall it was a great trip --- can't wait til next year!
