Our trip to SeaWorld! (warning - this is a long post haha!)

Well, we finally did it .... we packed everyone up Friday afternoon and drove to San Antonio!  As soon as we got into town, we hit the Dinosaur Quest Museum.  It was a huge hit (as could be expected - we are talking about Will after all!).  If you haven't been, and are the parent of a dinosaur lover, I would highly recommend it!  Check out their link:  http://www.dinosaur-quest.com/index.html.  Here are a few pictures of Will in the exhibit!

Friday night we ate at the Rainforest Cafe and stopped by our favorite ice cream shop on The Riverwalk to celebrate Will's birthday with Nana Julie and Papa Dave.  Will ordered a scoop of Birthday Cake ice cream and ate about...eh...one bite as usual (luckily I was there to eat the rest!)

Then we walked over to the Alamo....and visited with some horses that were taking tourists for carriage rides.

Finally, we were off to the hotel...where we had a couple of firsts.

1. Will's first late night out (I don't think he got to bed until after 10pm!)
2. Will's first bath in a hotel tub (ick, I almost didn't allow this!) 
3. Will's first time to sleep in the same bed as ME!  He politely asked if I could sleep with him and if I could hold his hand while we fell asleep....how cute!  

Saturday morning we went to SeaWorld where Will got to see some really cool animals:  Penguins, Sea Lions, Orcas, Sharks, Walruses, Otters and more!  We watched some shows, fed some dolphins and watched some roller coasters go zooming by!  Here are a few of the great pictures (ok, there are a lot of them) of our time spent at SeaWorld.  We can't wait to go back!
